Prawn & broccoli stir-fry

Quick high-protein stir-fry with prawns, broccoli, and a light soy-garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- • Broccoli
- • Soy sauce
- • Garlic
- • Ginger
- • Sesame oil
- • Spring onion
- • Oil
Steps

Mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 crushed garlic clove, 1 tsp grated ginger, and 1 tsp sesame oil in a small bowl.

Heat 1 tsp oil in a wok or large pan over high heat. Add 300g broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
- 3.
Add 300g raw prawns and cook for 3–4 minutes until pink and cooked through.
- 4.
Pour in the sauce and toss for 1 minute until everything is coated.
- 5.
Top with sliced spring onion and serve immediately.
